In
July 25th, SGS office inspectors checked each single machine one by one,
ensuring the quality of equipment to meet the requirements of Kenya customers.
In
July 26th ,in HDF maize milling factory we load the maize milling machine
to containers. HDF maize milling machinery has standard wooden package for maize
grinding machinery. We will pack maize flour production line by the protect
film inner, water-repellent plastic outside. The wood packing is necessary if
it send by less than a container. The maize milling machine will
fixed by steel rope in the container. Make sure it will in good condition when
arrived at destination.

The
50t/24h maize mill machine of Hongdefa machinery is a complete set of
equipment. With four steps processing: maize clean--maize degerminating--maize
milling--packing.
In
cleaning, adopt double stainless steel damper and stainless steel wet bin.
To
maize degerminting, it adopt of Japanese advanced technology degerminator is
used to scrub off embryos, embryos and peel them out.
In
milling system, The process adopts automatic double rolling mill, stainless
steel pipeline.
The
packing process adopts automatic packing scales, packing 1-5kg and 25-50 kg.
Our
products adopt fully automatic PLC control system.
As
the main material of Ugali, our machine can produce super maize meal to meet it’s
need. Ugali is a very popular staple food in Kenya. Ugali production requires a
large number of super maize meal. This is basically a dense maize paste, and
the Ugali table is large, fresh, and brick shaped. The Ugali broke up, and
meat, stew or vegetables eaten together.
