These days, one of my Zambia client placed the order of 15T/24H maize milling plant.
We talked for the maize milling plant almost 3 years, I can totally feel the Eager dream for start the maize mill factory, and also can feel the helpless and hard of my client during start this project: Shortage of funds, partner split, land problem..... but now he all overcamed, and step out to get the maize milling plant factory.
In Zambia, the maize meal business really a very good business.
As maize meal is the main material to make local food Nshima, no matter in country side rual area, or in city, the maize meal is a basic need. Local people used to boiled maize meal very thick maize paste, the locals said the corn paste for the Nshima, with freshwater sardines boiled into a soup, and then grasp the "Nshima" dipped in fish soup to eat. "Nshima" in Zambia is delicious, sometimes used in the hospitality of the banquet.
But in Zambia, the Manufacturing is lagging behind. Before independence, industrial manufactured goods basically rely on imports. After independence, the government is actively engaged in the development of state-owned manufacturing. After the democratization of the ruling, the privatization of the manufacturing sector. Since 1998, the manufacturing industry has developed rapidly. So this give the maize milling plant factories more and more develop opportunities.
